Refunds

Our refund promise

• Write to us within 14 days of purchase, from the email address you paid with. You don't need to give a reason.
• We refund the full amount to the original payment method, usually within 5 business days; your bank may take longer to show it.
• When the refund is issued, access to the paid content ends. Free places remain open to you as to everyone.

Before you buy: digital content

• The Secret Map is digital content that you can use immediately after payment.
• By completing the purchase, you ask us to provide access straight away. For consumers in the EU/EEA, this means the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal ends once access begins. Our voluntary refund promise above still applies.
• The price is a one-time payment in Swiss francs. There is no subscription and nothing renews.
• Your payment receipt comes from Stripe, our payment processor. Keep it: the receipt number helps us if you ever need to recover access.

Problems with your purchase

If you paid but don't see your access, sign in with the email you paid with. If that doesn't help, contact us with your receipt number and we'll sort it out.
